All orders ship directly from our production warehouse in North Carolina.

I received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Be sure to inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us via email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’re here to help and will work quickly to resolve any problems.

Do you accept returns?
Since each of our products is made especially for you and personalized with care, we are unable to accept returns. Every item is created uniquely based on the details you provide, which means it cannot be resold or restocked.

That said, your happiness is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out to us right away. We will review the issue and do everything we can to make it right for you.

Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations can be requested within 5 hours of placing your order. Since all of our products are made to order, we begin the production process as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel, please do so within this window to ensure we can accommodate your request.
